PQR needed help with creating their career site. But the designs had to fit in their existing CMS, so there are some limitations to design. Also, responsiveness is very important because of a high mobile visitors rate. Let's get cookin!
Career website pages chopped down to sections that are made with care for mobile, tablet, and Web. All on the grid and Hubspot ready. I also delivered a scalable design system that can be expanded from here for other departments of the company.
Existing website
Working on the careers' website for PQR didn't mean I can go all out and come up with a lot of new patterns. PQR has an existing website that we had to stay close to. But, there was still some room for creativity and improve upon that existing style. I tried to use their old patterns, like how they use brand elements, but I also added a new one like the blurry blue and pink glass.
Design system
PQR did not have a design system yet. They also don't have a design department. But they do have a very creative marketing department, that was already working with Figma. I wanted to give them a design system they can build upon. One with just the basics in place, in a scalable way, so they can use this design system for all the next projects coming up. Also making it easier for the development team to build this website.
