Set up a design system and use this design system to design a homepage fit for the event business. Meaning, the page will be animation heavy and very interactive. They have a brand and their own monochrome style, but it's also still in development. So I was allowed to help shape this in the process too.
A monochrome themed design system with clear rules, a homepage design, interactive 3D Spline animations in the header and other animations that pop up while scrolling on the page. Additionally, an updated logo and new brand elements to boot!
Working on a design system and still defining a color library and a color ratio, without actual color, was interesting. The gestalt principle 'Similarity' is going to be used by giving two elements a different color, but instead with brightness, letter spacing, borders, opacity and font-face.
Amplify's services are all around data for music events. Data, their clients already own, but they help utilize. I wanted to visualize that data in their brand and website, so I created a 3D data visualization with Spline. I wanted this data to be the starting point of the website and make a journey where Amplify explains how they use this data.
